Tätigkeitsbeschreibung:
Dein Aufgabengebiet
- Oversee the delivery of specific project functions, such as coordinating all program-related activities, managing budgets, and maintaining timelines. This includes close collaboration with the designated Program Operations Director for role support.
- Develop and manage the comprehensive Global Development Plan.
- Guide and motivate global program teams to successfully achieve program objectives.
- Lead and coordinate activities across preclinical, translational, and clinical stages to ensure assets are thoroughly evaluated at each phase.
- Facilitate effective cross-functional coordination and communication, particularly between departments managing CMC and clinical trial tasks.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to shape and implement the organization’s strategy.
- Uphold the highest standards of scientific integrity, ethics, and regulatory compliance, ensuring alignment with all applicable GCP & GXP guidelines.
Dein Hintergrund
- Master’s Degree oder PhD in Pharmacy, Medicine or any other scientific field
- Extensive leadership and communication abilities (especially in cross-functional areas)
- At least 7 years of experience in clinical development
- Proven program and project management experience
- Fluent English skills
