Tätigkeitsbeschreibung:

Dein Aufgabengebiet

  • Active management of existing client base (worldwide) for oncological specialty care
  • Ensuring the achievement of sales targets and the development of new market potential.
  • Proactive management of long-term relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs)
  • Providing expert advice on the company’s products and solutions (e.g., product-specific demonstrations at trade fairs).
  • Conducting market analyses to understand regional market developments, trends, and competitors.
  • Developing country-specific strategies based on market research results.
  • Regularly prepare and analyze sales reports to evaluate success and progress.
  • Negotiation and preparation of offers and contracts.

Dein Hintergrund

  • Successfully completed academical degree in pharmacy, medicine or any other natural science related field
  • At least 2 years of sales or account management experience in the healthcare industry (pharma, biotech, medical devices)
  • Strong analytical skills and negotiating power
  • highly skilled communicator with the ability to explain complex medical correlations comprehensively
  • Fluent English skills (main business language)
  • Good German skills
  • Willingness to travel (approx. once a month) globally
